My Story

Hi! I'm Christal and I commend you on taking the first step to seek out help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. The population I work with is 18+.

 

My specialties include: Anxiety, Panic, Stress Management, Relationship Issues, and processing unexpected DNA results Non-parental, non-paternal events (NPE).  Mis-attributed paternal event, Mis-attributed parentage (MPE).

 

Reaching out for help takes courage and is often difficult.  Because of this, my therapeutic approach is eclectic, using a solution focused therapy style, that is client-centered, and unique to you.

 

I offer Telehealth services to anyone in the state of Michigan, which means you can participate from the comfort and safety of your own home. I would love to join you on your mental health journey and will provide a safe, judgment free space!
